Shipping policy
We use multiple reliable courier partners for shipping across locations.
Once you have placed your order you will normally get 2 emails :
- Order Received! Which will confirm your order and give you a tentative date of delivery
- Order Shipped! This will hold information regarding the courier tracking details which can be accessed using the courier partner portal listed.
Local Delivery - India
Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs.1500. For orders with value below that there is a Rs.250 shipping charge.
We currently do not offer COD facility.
Estimated delivery time - 3 to 7 business days
International Delivery
For international customers, free shipping is available on orders above USD 200. For orders with value below that there is a flat USD 30 shipping charge.
We do not offer exchange or return on international orders.
Estimated delivery time - 7 to 10 business days
IMPORT DUTIES
Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and The White Tree Studio will not be responsible for it.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order under your account - Order history.
