We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each garment. If for some reason we’ve missed a spot please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for refund or exchange
We accept returns for items that are:
- faulty or damaged
- not what you ordered
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must have original tags intact. If the tags have been removed we will not be able to accept the return and issue a credit or refund.
If you’d like to return an item for reasons other than the above, please note that shipping charges for both initial delivery and return will not be refunded.
There are 3 options for replacing or refunding returned items: replacement, gift card, or a refund.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
If you do need to return an item, we’ve done our best to make this process as simple as possible.
- Send us an email with : an image of the item, the order number, the item number, the reason for the return, whether you’d like a replacement, refund, or gift card.
- Our customer support staff will get in touch with you within 1-3 business days. DO NOT return items without prior authorisation; the return will not be accepted.
- We’ll replace or refund any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided that we are notified of the defect within 3 days of delivery to you. After the 3 days we will no longer be responsible for any defects found. Please inspect your items upon receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, or we will issue a gift card for the value that can be redeemed with your next purchase. This coupon can only be used for in-store purchase on www.thewhitetreestudio.com and cannot be redeemed in cash.

Cancellation & Refund
After an order is placed on the online store, you can ask for cancellation and refund within first 24 hours from placing the order. We at The White Tree work on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund will not be possible.
Besides, our production involves embroideries, stitching and hand finishing of garments which are slow and labor intensive processes; and human errors and unexpected delays associated with them cannot be avoided many a times.
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Fabric Care and washing Instructions are displayed on the website and also included along with the shipped product. We suggest you read and follow them carefully. In case of any doubt or confusion, please do write to us.
